- A review of your history and symptoms
- Brief exam including posture, range of motion, orthopedic and neurological testing
- Chiropractic adjustments
- Applied Kinesiology testing for stressed organs, food sensitivities, immune challenges, heavy metal and chemical toxicities, other stressors
- Nutritional assessment
- Other treatments as needed and as time allows
- Written individual treatment protocol
- Any supplements and medications you currently take
- List of questions
- If you have skin problems, please bring anything you suspect as an irritant, such as cosmetics, creams, soaps, shampoo, etc.
- Other things to test that you suspect may be a source of problems, such as drinking water, pet hair or saliva, or commonly eaten foods (Dr. Buenz has 100ʼs of foods, but if there is a particular brand or type of food that you are curious about, bring it).
- Payment is due at time of service. Cash, check, credit, or debit cards accepted.
- Comfortable clothing is great. Clothes are typically kept on unless laser or kinesiotape needs to be applied to a covered area.
- Refrain if possible from taking any supplements (vitamins, herbs, probiotics) the day of appointment for better accuracy (medications should be continued as prescribed).

Wednesday evenings & Saturdays by appointment (612-378-4645)
*Since this is a solo practice and we are often busy with patients or out of the office, it is best to call first before stopping by to pick up supplements or other products.

New Patient/ First visit: $325*
Follow-up Visits: adults $85* & under 18 $75*

Insurance:
Buenz & Associates is a cash-based microclinic, meaning we operate independent of any health-care system or organization and do not process insurance claims. Many insurance companies do offer chiropractic coverage, however, and we are happy to provide receipts for patients to submit directly to their providers.
